The flat has a welcoming feel , looks recently decorated to a high standard , its light snd bright and south facing so warm when the sun shines. St Boswells is the perfect location to explore the Borders with lots of beautiful walks .

Everything was great , its a fairly small flat but the owners have made good use of the space

The hosts had sent clear instructions before we travelled and left a generous selection of treats for us when we arrived. They had clearly taken care to make the flat comfortable with several thoughtful touches, including providing good toiletries and kitchen supplies and colour coding the key to match the door. The flat wasn’t huge but good use had been made of the space and it was perfect for our needs.

Hosts went out of way to provide unexpected breakfast items and return book and charger. Great location and super clean .
