"Apartamento amplio en Costa Nova."

Excelente ubicación, a escasos minutos andando de la playa y la ría, muy cerca del mercado, en la zona turística de Costa Nova. El apartamento es muy amplio, acogedor, con una gran terraza. La tres habitaciones tienen baño. Urbanización con piscina muy limpia y agradable. Cuenta con dos plazas de garaje, necesarias porque en días de playa es difícil encontrar sitio para aparcar.

La entrada, salida, fianza y resolución de incidencias se realizan a distancia, lo que crea inseguridad y escasa eficacia. Necesita optimizar mantenimiento y menaje básico para mejorar su calificación.

A casa é muito bonita, espaçosa e agradável, as camas são confortáveis! A piscina é excelente e está muito bem cuidada. A casa tem box de garagem para 2 carros mas costuma haver lugar na rua. A praia é em frente, a localização e acesso são óptimos! Gostamos muito!

Location

Being treated as idiots. The owner tried to compensate for the former damages (induction cooking plate, pencil marks on the leather sofa, etc.) on our account. DO NOT PAY any deposit before checking the appt VERY thoroughly

Belle décoration, très bien placé

-Code d'entrée ne marchait pas, 1h30 dehors à attendre !! -le frigo n'était pas froid, la porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir, les sanitaires pas propres, aucun sac poubelle, porte de garage difficile à ouvrir (télécommande ne répond pas bien)
