The hotel was nice and clean. The pool side especially the island one was very beautiful and the sea view also. Places of entertainment, food and visit were nearby.

The fan was not enough for the temperature, the room was too hot. The ladders also, we struggled with travelling bags. The balcony had no shelter so we couldn't sit chill. Only at night of which it wasnt possible due to mosquitoes.

The staff and the agent were good, and they helped where they could. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to visit, do not opt for the Serene suite, or at least find out if other guests are coming before you go there. Do not choose the Double bedroom, it is horrible, it looks good in the pictures but it's all cramped up, everything is just in your face. The bed is old and makes noise, the shower was leaking, and the room was dirty when we arrived and got cleaned better the next day. I wasn't happy at all.

The room is small, and the pictures on the internet are deceiving. The bed is old, it makes squeaky sounds, i couldn't rest properly.

We didn’t have electricity almost half of the day. Lost our on pre-paid excursions due to creased clothes. The place didn’t have back power. I was honestly disappointed ☹️. It was mosquitos infested upon our arrival .

Good location and amazing view, Comfortable bed and really good responsiveness from the host who helped us check in at a very late hour

I wish I had known sooner that the room I booked was an extra room in a house booked out by many other people having a big party at the same time. There's not much separation and the party people wondered what we were doing in their pool or in the shared patio
