Casa nueva en el Centro

La ubicación estupenda, estaba muy completo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Un poco de humedad, pero es un problema.

Esta bastante bien , el precio , la ubicación.

Una puerta del baño q no cierra bien y hace ruido al cerrar , y si tienes. Q utilizar el baño despiertas alos demás del ruido q hace.

Had everything we needed and was nicely decorated.

5 pm too late check-in. It never got the sun and so was dark. We had to empty dehumidifier a lot.

Tenía una muestra de cápsulas de café. Camas de matrimonio en todas las habitaciones.

El piso estaba en una entreplanta pero con bastantes escaleras, tanto al entrar al portal como en la propia calle. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Había mucha humedad en el piso a pesar del deshumidificador. Las puertas de la ducha no cerraban bien.

La localisation est bien et l’appartement spacieux

L’odeur d’humidité dans l’appartement + l’odeur de gras dans la cuisine La propreté était vraiment à désirée, le sol était sale, la cuisine grasse Le bruit des voisins du dessus en pleine nuit Le pire c’était les lits humides et l’odeur de transpiration des précédents voyageurs…. Ignoble On aurait dit que les draps n’avaient pas été changés !

Spacious first-floor apartment, with three double bedrooms and very adequate cooking facilities. Easy access to local (well-stocked) Lupa supermarket. Most shops are closed on Sundays (the day we arrived) - the host directed us to a small shop (Fortuna, Plaza Rio del la Pila) that was open and saved the day.

Fewer steep roads to climb - there are escalators/travelators on some steep roads (spotted after climbing).

The accomodation had everything we needed. Although it says it sleeps 4, there are only 3 bedrooms so one person had to sleep on the couch. The bathroom was excellent, television worked well and the beds were very comfortable. The best thing about the accomodation is the location. Everything is very close by and easy to walk to. The only issue was that the beach was a 30 minute walk and we had no car, however a taxi to the beach costs €4-6, which was very little split between four of us. There is a very lively center nearby with lots of bars and restaurants. Alvaro was very kind and helpful in helping us out as he recommended really nice places to visit. We had one issue within the apartment and he was there to fix it within 10 minutes of texting him. I would highly recommended.

Super comfortable flat, very well equipped. Location is good and it even has a little outside area.

Everything was perfect.
