Didn't have breakfast

Already occupied on arrival by another person, so unable to stay at the property. Left with 3 young women searching for alternative accommodation at 10pm at night in Brighton. 1000% unacceptable

Gorgeously decorated, excellent location. Clear instructions for appliances etc. Two keys which was handy. Close to station. Comfy beds.

Only thing was the downstairs loo and sink wasn't working - not sure if only just happened before our stay but at times would have been handy to have extra bathroom available when sharing between 5 adults. But upstairs bathroom was great with the best shower ever!
