It was good for transit.

I saw later that I actually paid the staff more for my stay than I had to, so maybe better check your booking again beforehand.

Nice modern rooms.

Early morning checkout was a disaster. Price was higher than that given by Booking.com and guy was too asleep to sort change etc out.

The location is great and they let us check in at 5am. There is a big supermarket very close by.

After letting us check in at 5am (we did notify them in advance), they told us that we would have to pay for early check in. It would have been nice to have this information before check in. Our bed had a duvet without cover so I really hope they wash the whole duvets. The bathroom had no separation between the toilet and the shower, so everything got wet.

The building appeared to be quite new and the interior of the rooms was quite nice. We only stayed one night to take the speed boat to Phnom Penh in the morning, for that it was ok.

It wasn’t clean at all, dirty floor, spiderwebs on the ceiling, dirty sheets… We heard the elevator throughout the night and people knocking on doors. There were no curtains - so quite light during the night. Quite expensive for what you get.

Location is very good, close to the pier. Nice terrace to have a drink. They booked a transfer for us

Staff don't speak much English but we used Google translate to communicate.
