Great location, access was easy, and great communication.

It's a little bit small for 3 couples with one bathroom. We stayed just one night, however it was manageable for a short stay. Ideal for one or two couples.

The location is perfect and the view is great!

The beds were not very comfortable- but everything else was great

the host could be more friendly, less threatening, more cooperative ... - lets start with the host: no regard or honor for guest, not even realizing that this behavior represents the country being visited. no respect for guest, kids or family. I am quoting his exact words and marking them as caps because they were delivered in a horrondous tone ... TELL YOUR KIDS NOT TO PLAY (I have paid for this vacation, why shouldnt they?) THERE IS NO INSULATION IN BUILDING (is that my problem???) IF YOU WANT TO TALK ON PHONE, GO TO A NEAR BY PARK AND TALK, NOT IN THE HOUSE AS IT DISTURBS NEIGHBOURS (seriously???) THERE SHOULD BE NO SOUND BETWEEN 10PM AND 7AM OTHERWISE I WILL CALL POLICE AND MAKE YOU VACATE THE APARTMENT (first time I heard that) This was just the second day of our visit. The rude, arrogant and threatening tone was more than add-on to the amazing content that he delivered ... - lets get to the apartment: the host didnt specify that there is no lift in the apartment, the stair case was thin (difficult to carry the bags up), a few of the steps were broken, there was a tv mentioned in facilities but wasnt there, washroom was so small that one could hardly bend to reach the washbasin/sink. the room locks were purposely disabled and the washroom was difficult to lock too I'd easily say that in my years of using this website, this was the WORST experience - I would never even think of considering this place for a stay again

The location was amazing. There was such easy access to all the main sites and the apartment is located just off two really lovely squares with nice bars/restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and as a group using all three rooms we didn't feel we were on top of each other. The big windows on the front were great and the mini balcony was nice to sit out on. The road was quiet with very little traffic noise if any. The host was always quick to respond to my messages and when we struggled to access the room in the evening he answered the phone on my first call. Despite concerns about no air conditioning, the apartment was never too hot and actually was too cool sometimes! But blankets were provided so this was no issue and actually a nice relief from the heat outside.

There was a distinct lack of some basics which affected our stay. We were only provided with one towel each, which for a five night stay certainly did not feel adequate. We were not provided with enough toilet roll for the length of time we stayed meaning we had to purchase more. The hand soap in the bathroom also ran out as it was not full upon our arrival. The beds were big but not very comfortable, with most having annoying squeaks every time someone moved in the bed. The access to the building is via an app on a phone, this was okay but meant only the person with the link could open the door which wasn't ideal for a group of adults. We tried to share the link to avoid this issue but it did not work. The shower flooded if it was used for more than 5-10 minutes or so, which I think a lot of people would agree is not very long when washing hair/shaving etc. We asked the host before travelling if there was a hair dryer and told there was. However upon arriving there was no hair dryer to be found. Not a major issue but annoying as we could have brought our own had we known.
