Our room was severely infested with Cockroaches. We strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property due to the unsanitary conditions and total lack of customer service.

Our room was severely infested with Cockroaches, forcing us to leave immediately for health and hygiene reasons. We are not talking about a single cockroach — we saw many of them, in various sizes, within a very short period of time. Despite reporting the issue to the staff multiple times, we only received an automated response and no further communication or support. We had to leave the property with four unused nights remaining. We were forced to book another hotel at our own expense, as there was no effort from management to assist or resolve the situation. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guests is completely unacceptable. We strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property due to the unsanitary conditions and total lack of customer service.

The fire alarm went off two nights in a row on a consistent basis. The fire alarm flashed for an entire night. Won't ever stay here again

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!! Cockroaches running all over the apartment even in the bathroom , kitchen counter, inside the cupboards and cockroach eggs lying around in various corners of the apartment. On top of this, when we checked-in, the apartment was not cleaned properly, dust and hair on the floors, dusty kitchen and stove, leaking shower with water all over the bathroom floor and water leaking from the wall to the bed. We contacted the property support service and tried to get ahold of the property manager for three days without getting back to us. We asked for a full refund and they refused to pay us back. After contacting booking they let us do an early check out but still no reimbursement for the days we had to live there.
