"Good for a short stay for some relaxation"

Spacious and well equipped. Quiet location. Great hot tub

Settee wasn’t comfortable and needed some back cushions. Toilet overflowed onto floors.

The set up was good ideal for visiting and golfing in st Andrew's would come back again . Nice sitting outside with use of hot tub plus been dog friendly .Would recommend it to other people.

Internet was rank it advertised Netflix but the Internet wasn't strong enough to fire it up had to use council tv which is poor if your promote Netflix as a selling point. I also tried to do some work email but abandoned that as it was taking ages.This really need to be addressed cause if you are paying on average ÂŁ300 a night you would expect Internet.
