Hotel Mogul Palace - Near Masjid Bunder Mumbai

It was decent family hotel. Staff was dressed and polite. Room and washroom was clean and well maintained hotel.

Some things to improve was elevator noise was very loud and could be heard from the bed. Pls try to insulate the door and if bathroom kit was provided then it would be cherry on the top.

In fact I've left after 30 minutes because I didn't feel comfortable in the area as a woman first travel. So it's only a very first impression: basic but okay.

Not so helpful staff. Basic, too basic for the price. Didn't like the location.

Upon my request I got a quiet room (No 106), which was newly renovated and equipped with new furniture and a comfortable bed. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and readily provided all necessary information on public transportation, sightseeing and shopping in the area. The train station and local buses are within walking distance.

I did not expect more for this price range in Mumbai.
