Wellness Smart Suites

Paolo hat ein großes Herz für Radler. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs. Diese konnten gut in der Tiefgarage untergebracht werden (Luftpumpe und Lademöglichkeit vorhanden). Das Appartement ist neu und modern eingerichtet mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man sehr gut sitzen und den Ausblick auf Stadt und Berge genießen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohn- Straße im Stadtteil Gries. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 Min im Zentrum. Der Check-In ist mit dem vorher übersandten PIN einfach. Ein tolles Extra war der angebotene Wäscheservice. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

The property was recently renovated to create a beautiful boutique aparthotel. Paolo, the owner and host, has incorporated the latest technology and eco-friendly features in the design and fit-out. The security features were excellent and there is basement parking (you need to pre-book). We had booked the parking ahead of our stay and were delighted to find electric car charging facilities as we had rented an electric car. Charging was super easy and reasonably priced. The property also features a lovely pool and garden and rooftop terrace for guests to use. Our apartment was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed excellent sleep each night which was especially appreciated after a day of hiking in the Dolomites. There was a lovely balcony with nice view. The kitchenette was on the small side but had the essential equipment to make basic meals. Paolo is an excellent host and lives on-site. He was super friendly and had lots of recommendations on places to visit and things to do. He was also very helpful and accommodating. From the room description on Booking.com I was under the impression the washing machine was in the room. The washing machines are in fact in a separate room used by staff for washing the hotel's linen and not totally suitable for washing all types of clothing. So, Paolo kindly offered to to wash our clothes in the washing machine in his own apartment. We loved our 4-night stay in Bolzano and The Wellness Suites and we would definitely like to go back as the region has much to offer in both winter and summer.

Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert, sehr stilvoll, sauber, gepflegt und warmen Farbtönen gehalten. Auf der Dachterrasse hatte man einen wunderbaren Weitblick und einladende Gartenmöbel zum Verweilen. Die Parkgelegenheit im Hause selbst war notwendig, denn die Parkplätze in der Nähe waren meist besetzt. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern da und daher waren es auch nur wenige Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum.

Das Zimmer selbst war extrem klein, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, den Koffer geöffnet hinzustellen. Das Schlafsofa war unbequem, das Apartment ist für eine Person geeignet, nicht aber als Doppelzimmer.

Die freundliche Unterstützung und Hilfsbereitschaft von Paolo, außerdem die moderne, klare Raumausstattung. Bett, Dusche, der schöne Balkon und die Dachterrasse, die hochwertige Bauweise des Klimahauses halfen mir zu entspannen. Wir kommen wieder!!! Freddy

Wellnes Smart Suites really impressed me with its high quality, extremly forthcoming & supportive staff as well as the great location within Bozen. The Appartments themselves are very tidy, comfortable, are well equipped and of high quality. They also include a parking garage for up to 4 vehicles as well as chargers for electric cars for a very fair price. They are situated close to the city center, about 20 Minutes on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. We did not try the public transport or wellness facilities and pool. To sum up if you are looking for comfortable appartments within bozen with a great host and a hint of luxury for a fair price Wellnes Smart Suites are for you.

Clean and quiet place to stay

We booked the place because there was a nice swimming pool where we would like to have a swim in, in the evening, but that wasn’t possible because it was already closed at seven. At night they shut the central managed airco down so it became hot, humid and hard to sleep.
