A very well-equipped kitchen, plenty of activities for children, and a nice heated pool.

Out of season, the area feels deserted and poorly maintained, and the beach is full of trash. The yard and accommodation also look worn-out — the photos gave fresher impression.

Η πισίνα αν και πληρώσαμε έξτρα για την θέρμανση της δεν ήταν δυνατή η χρήση της καθώς δεν ήταν καθαρή... η απόχη καθαρισμού δεν αρκούσε για να καθαριστεί για χρήση. Οι πετσέτες είχαν κάποια μυρωδιά και τρίχες μάλλον από κατοικίδιο (όχι όλες).

We loved this property. We are a family of six and it was comfortable and spacious. The location is phenomenal and the children loved the heated pool and the pool table. Ioannis was super attentive and helpful. We highly recommend Rafia Loft if you’re looking for a setting where you can cook and relax and enjoy the water.

You cannot go wrong with this property. Perfect for families. The kids loved the swimming pool. Konstantinos is an amazing host, he answered all our questions in a clear and timely manner. The beds are super comfortable, there is a large variety of pillows to choose from according to your liking. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, mugs , pots and pans. The property was very clean and we had our bedsheets/towels changed every 3-4 days. The location is amazing. Next to the casino and 3 minutes walk from the beach. Also nearby, some of Loutraki's best restaurants and clubs. Parking is available just outside the property.

Cannot think of anything really. Everything was nice

Really comfortable place. Spacious and refined. Air conditioning everywhere, flat TV with Netflix. Dishwasher, dryer, washing machine - extremely convenient! Nice comfortable couch. Quiet place, there is traffic on the street but that's it, and sound insulation is good if windows are closed. Nice beaches nearby. 10 minutes walking to Cocoon club with free umbrellas and sunbeds if you buy drinks or food. Lots of nice places to see within 2h drive. A parking place in front of the gate and big parking lot across the street. Would come again, and we don't have this feeling often.

The pool is a bit smallish. It's fine for children though and they were happy. There could be more cutlery, the existing set is barely enough for 5 people. The beds are squeaky. All those are really minor points.
