Great furniture & beds, ease of access to the property, not short of anything, uncomplicated appliances, for example- shower, cooker, toaster. Hot water on demand. Beautiful location & close to local amenities.

Parking is tight but this is made clear before you go.

Just one thing. Could do with a baby gate between dining and kitchen with the awkward steps down for 16 month old saves the heart in mouth moments. Other then that it was perfect in every way

Nice and clean and roomy, everything you need was available 3 good bedrooms main with very nice en-suite, lounge was very nice with a good tv. All in all this is an excellent property

Sadly there is shared parking in the vicinity and a few times found I was unable to get in or out of my space as other cars block you in. Didn’t cause us a huge problem but could if you had an appointment to keep

Lovely 3 bed guest house over three floors. Lovely communal areas on the ground floor and two good bathrooms. Good covered outdoor area to hang outdoor items such as coats and anything beach things. Beds very comfortable and house was extremely clean and tidy. Facilities are good with everything you could need to stay a week or longer if you wanted. Really useful booklet with information on anything you could need. Easy access on arrival to stay through key safe. Location is on the entrance to Chesil beach to Portland. Local shop less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Cycle/foot path less than 5 minutes from the house. Dog friendly, considered everything included blankets to cover sofas and very polite request for dogs to not go upstairs (understandably). Stair gate in place to make this request easy to honour. Grassy area out the front of the house so you can led your dog stretch their legs.

One place for parking alongside the back of the house.It can get very busy and be tricky to navigate getting in and out Useful advice given on where else to park just a couple of minutes walk away.

Lovely comfortable property with plenty of room for us and the dogs! Very near to beach and amenities. Host was very communicative and sent clear instructions for arrival.

We couldn’t to start with find all the glasses etc we needed but think we were just being silly! We’d have loved a garden as don’t have one of our own but stupidly didn’t look at the description first. Was a green outside to walk the dogs and do their business.

I loved the location near amenities, only 9 miles from the breath taking Lulworth Cove and to a lovely dog friendly beach and coastal walk. The interior of the house is beautiful and appears to have been newly renovated. It was perfect to have an area for the dog to be washed too if needed.

The parking was a bit tight for a camper van but not impossible.

The property had recently been renovated to a high standard. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make own meals. Beds very comfortable.

Its hard to say anything negative except maybe parking. Only room for one car.
