Заселение было позднее в 00:00, но не каких проблем с этим не было. При заезде квартира чистая, постельное белье приготовленное и аккуратно сложенное. Большая кровать и достаточно большой диван. Квартира уютная. Вся техника работает. Достаточное количество посуды. Плита газовая сначала вызвала сложности, но это скорее из-за привычки пользования электрическими плитами. Окна выходят на внутренний двор и на улицу. Понравилось расположение. В центре Алматы, близкое расположение остановок. Рядом имеется большой гипермаркет SilkWay, а также рядом небольшой круглосуточный магазин. Не смотря на то что центр, достаточно тихий и спокойный двор

The flat is in good condition, with everything necessary to prepare food. Our stay here was comfortable, beds are good, neighbours are quiet, the location is close to Arbat and all other sights of the city.

However, the apartment block is rather old, and the entrance hall of the building is rather shabby and ugly, with electricity wires hanging all over the walls which can frighten those unprepared :). The owner replies promptly and generally friendly; nevertheless, we had an unpleasant episode with her before our checking-in - she offered us to check-in 3 hours earlier than the normal check-in time for the price of almost one full day insisting that it is a good price. It left a bad first impression, we refused the offer of course. Otherwise, I can highly recommend the place, it is very comfortable and well-located.

Location is good, but it’s behind the Main Street. Excellent cafe downstairs on the Main Street.

A lot of mosquitos in the apartment. Could do with a revamp.

Great apartment, very spacious, and retro feel close to many of the sights.

Just make sure you coordinate the key pick up well. It all worked out but language misunderatndings made it a bit convoluted.
