Apartments Rismondi 37E

Appartamento arredato benissimo, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario e di grandi dimensioni, comodissimo per una famiglia (2 camere, 2 bagni, terrazzo, cucina piccolina ma con tutto quello che serve). Posizione comoda per chi vuole girare e vedere le diverse spiagge dell'Istria.

Sono solo note migliorative: avrei preferito venisse spiegato come accendere il piano a induzione (aveva un blocco impostato, penso per i bambini) e che la caldaia fosse accesa (non avevamo notato la presenza di un tasto di accensione vicino alla luce del bagno).

The property is very clean, has all necessary things, close to the sea. The owners were very helpful!

Great location, quick access to the beach and the center as wellThe apartment is new, the layout of the rooms is nice, everything is still new, the rooms are big enough. The location is excellent, 3 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the center on foot.

The folding bed is hard and uncomfortable for normal sleep. The wifi is extremely slow (7mbps), the cooker hood does not work, the kitchen equipment is meager (only one pan, cheap cutlery). For a new luxury app at this price point, you'd expect at least a microwave, but there's no dishwasher or washing machine either. Only Croatian programs on TV?! There is no shop or bakery near the apartment, everything is in the city center.

Only minor minus is the small fridge and lack of dishwasher which is nice for longer stays

Really nice apartment in Fažana. Super great location, nearest beach and beach bar max 5 minute slow walk. One more minute walk You are in cozy Fažana "town" and harbour. Really helpful Landlord. So just plan Your holiday and book the apartment. Really plus with 2 terraces
