"Where is the seating!"

It is a quick walk to the centre but the area is ruff and the street is a mess, litter everywhere. Boiler worked!

The lack of seating. One small 2 person sofa for 5-6 people! We actually sat on the floor as we wanted to socialise and not sit in the individual bedrooms or at the table. I definitely got the impression that the main priority was bedrooms and not a social area. TV crazy high on the wall. Got the impression that this is a party house and not intended for families, and we were a family.

The neighbours was very noisy with loud till around 11 at night with music. And parking can be a problem as residents knocking on door asking us to move the vans .

The property was just what we needed; comfortable and well supplied with what we needed. It could benefit from a little tlc, with some minor bits of damage in places. Plenty of space to park two vehicles at the front.

Booking process and communication were all good. Only small problem was that a damage deposit was supposed to be taken a week before the booking (according to the booking information) but when it wasn't this caused a little unnecessary stress. A possible suggestion, when email messages are sent, it would help if the newest message appears at the top. Instead it looks like old messages being resent (had to scroll down a long way to find the latest on occasion)
