Caravan was modern, nicely furnished and well equipped. Veranda was ideal for toddler and location in quieter area of site was very suitable. Price was very reasonable as we got this high end caravan for the price of lesser caravans elsewhere, presumably because early season. Would definitely stay again.

No issues at all, only minor suggestions: - perhaps better numbering as we had to drive past a few times and only knew it was correct caravan because the key box code worked. - any way of reducing the water pressure? The tap in kitchen was extremely powerful and soaked us everytime! No complaints at all.

Excellent lovely quiet part of the site everything you need in a very clean very well presented totally equipped and highly maintained caravan.

Great caravan, clean and comfortable, nice quiet spot.

Caravan was beautiful, very modern, clean, everything you need for a little break. Set in a really quiet part of the site, with lovely views right next to one of the lakes.

There was nothing to dislike, but maybe in the future if a veranda was added it would be fantastic, not that it was a problem as we just put a camping chair on the grass.

It was very clean , the location was perfect against the lake, it was very quiet also.

Amazing caravan, well looked after and had lots of things available. Cold water in the fridge on arrival and it was super clean. Dishwasher , full size fridge freezer and iron available also which was very helpful as was the supply of handwash and toilet paper, enough to put you on till you've been to the shop. Very modern and easy to locate. Lake view. Duvets and pillows provided but not the covers which wasn't in the advert but I got a super fast reply when I asked about it.

The bin in the kitchen is very small so fills quickly, although I'm not sure where you could put anything bigger. The glass shelves in the kitchen also were teetering on the clips, not a problem for us but could get knocked off easily.

The mobile home seems brand new and very modern. It had everything you need for your stay. Location was great for Skegness and Mablethorpe.

There was no hover had to buy one . As when we went in there was nothing to hover the mattress down with. end up putting out bedding on mattress and and duvet was dust as being left in the wardrobe s with no protection on. When we put our covers the kids and myself self was left inching . So having a hoover would have stopped that a little. But all the seat are was very itchy too. It only cost be £25 for hover from B&M. It worked fine, and hover is one the first things that you should have a caravan.esp.with all the soft furnishings around. It was a nice caravan but it was lacking a lot of essential even a dust pan and brush. Where a sweeping brush full stop. Mop and a bucket.and iron and ironing board but not much else. I think it was rushed it be put on to the market, but much though was put into the in side. It even had one sml gas bottle not even as second spare one. So was worried about running out gas . It was sad really as the quite it was in was prefect if you like a little peace quite. The was amazed on the out side, but sadly lacking on the inside.
