Unwind in a Bright Comfortable Apartment for 3

Good price and had all amenities needed, perfect for 1-2 people. Great studio apartment.

Upon arrival the temperature was very hot and took a good 8 hrs to cool off.

I booked this studio for 7 nights but left after 2 due to serious health and safety concerns. A strong gas smell turned out to be a confirmed leak behind the stove. With the gas heater in the same small space, I had to sleep with the windows open in freezing temperatures—completely unsafe and unacceptable. Access to the unit was dangerous, with broken concrete steps and a very steep, narrow staircase. The listing claimed to sleep 3, but the air mattress was unusable. A replacement was delivered later but never opened. The host downplayed the severity of the safety issues. Avoid this place—especially if safety or accessibility matters to you. This space was so great and easy to use. Will diffidently recommend to family and friends.

Clean. Host provided another fridge as main one was having issues, great service. Provided towels, internet, basic shower needs, kitchen utensils and plates. Host was extremely responsive and professional. Easy lockbox check-in. Free easy street parking. Bed is on the firm side if you prefer that! Close drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Rustic neighbourhood. Partner felt daunted by it. But no safety issues throughout our stay. Quiet neighborhood! Great value for a weekend stay in Pittsburgh.

Window AC unit is by front door, it is a significant distance from the main living area where you will struggle to feel cool during hot temperatures (28C+). The standing fan provided is not very helpful (barely feel it a foot in front of you on max power). For those disabled or with heavy luggage. Unit is on the second floor. Significant amount of stairs to climb. Stairs to house then stairs to unit. TV is relatively small. Bring a laptop with HDMI if you want to watch your own entertainment. Can access prime if you have an account. Some minor fixtures need repair but not a significant impact. If you are taller than 6ft, the shower may be difficult to stand straight in due to the slanted roof. Be cautious using Google maps to navigate. For us it took us to the next street over!
