The property was clean & tidy, very near the main road & within walking distance of the friends we were visiting 😀

Easily located, plenty of on-street parking and overall very pleasant accommodation for a couple of nights

Some garden furniture would have been good, even just one chair. Would suggest locking the run-down outside loo and also the wooden storage box - we were looking for any fold-up garden chairs

Booking.com provided an old lock box code, but the owners replied quickly with the correct one

It was unclean, smelled bad even though there were scented plugs in throughout in the attempt to mask this. The photos do not reflect the current condition and general maintenance required to bring it to the standard of the photos shown. Plastic razor cover left in shower. I have messaged the owners as we did not want to stay at the property due to the conditions. They have not responded. We booked 2 nights for a family wedding and stayed 1 night only because I had travelled 6 hours from my home in South Wales and arrived after 9pm. We left the property the following morning, attended the day function but sadly did not attend the evening as we did not want to return to the property and travelled down to Herefordshire where family put us up to split the travel time.
