The staff is what makes this place so nice! They are very friendly and service minded. Also, rooms are very clean and fresh. Location wise it is close to several very nice restaurants and beach clubs.

They start på playing very loud techno music by the pool area from early on in the day, seems to scare people away from the pool area rather than welcoming them. :) Also, the lifts of the hotel seem to need maintenance, one broke down during our stay.

Easy to reach hotel, clean. As you would expect.

Staff friendliness depends on the situation. Initially, staff at check-in was friendly However the main problem is that this hotel transforms into a nightclub on Friday and Saturday? We were not aware of this. For us this was fine as long as we could also reserve entrance to the nightclub/party. You can't expect guests to suffer noise disturbance until 3 am. If we were able to attend the party we would be fine. It turned out that no reservation could be arranged. (The reason being that we were 2 male friends visiting Lebanon. Clearly discrimination on sex). However once we indicated that a reservation was possible, we asked for a refund. The staff tried to provide only a partial refund. After needless arguments, we were eventually refunded in full. However the experience with the staff turned from very well to appalling due to this incident.

Location

The walls were dirty. There were fingerprints everywhere including the bed sheets.

The breakfast was not ready on the second day although it should have been since 8am and we went down at 830. Since we were in a hurry we left.
