"As usual, another great stay in Seaham"

Really nice modern apartment with a big main bedroom and then a bunk bed in the small bedroom. Bathroom is down a few steps. The Wi-Fi and TV are perfect for kids that like to bring an xbox and metaquest headset like mine. The location is just on the edge of everything and a short walking distance to the shopping centre and then the main streets.

Could probably do with a microwave to make it that little bit easier with kids to warm things up.

Bunk bed slightly wobbly with a substantial 16 yr old getting onto it - not sure I would want an adult on top!!

The property was spotlessly clean, cosy warm, comfortable and modern. It was well equipped, fantastically located for the local amenities and beaches. The communication with Debra was timely and friendly. We arrived a little earlier than check in time and Debra was very accommodating about letting us check in early. The welcome pack and info book were nice touches.

The only thing I think k could be improved (and not things that ruined our stay in any way) are that the kitchen utensils could be replaced. The non stick pans have been scratched because of the metal utensils provided and the black coating on the utensils are peeling and a bit did come off in our food. Also there is no oven glove, so the tea towel has to be used to take things out of the oven.

Location was excellent. Short walk to town and a shopping centre. Warm and cosy, comfy sofa and beds. Clean and beautifully decorated. Thoughtful touches.

No major criticisms. Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom would be helpful.
