环境很好！酒店环境也好

英语都不太好。奥斯洛布观鲸鲨反复涨价！这一点非常不好！并且下水也没人给我们拍摄！我们出了比市场价格高一倍的价格！！！

Everything. The staff were lovely, the location was perfect, the room exceptional.

Beach front position was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, walking distance to everything. The room was spotless and spacious, super comfortable.

The blanket is uncomfortable, feels rough. The room door is quite basic and hard to lock. it takes a lot of force.

Very close to the whale shark watching area. We also found out that going there at 9am instead of 6 when everyone arrives , there is no queu . Our room was big. Seaview and confortable.

Staff is very polite but not very helpful. We asked to check in early as my wife was sick and needed to rest. I understand this is subject to availability and that payment can be required . The room was freed early according to the to the staff but no priority was put on it's cleaning. We had to heavily insist so that they could finish it first. The next morning, we were woken up at 5:30 by the staff which was using the leaf blower (yes at 5:30am in front of the room!!). This is really not acceptable.

The staff was the best of this place, really made the difference for our stay. They were very responsive and helpful on any requests even before we arrived, whether via WhatsApp or onsite. The place is located right next to the whale shark watch, made it convenient.

They have a corkage fee for any outside drinks or food, even though they don’t sell them onsite. Made it inconvenient in that regard. Whenever we buy some drinks or fruits, we had to make sure we finish it outside of the resort….

Die Lage ist äußerst vorteilhaft, direkt am Strand gelegen und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu den Walhai-Beobachtungspunkten. Das Personal zeichnet sich durch Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Engagement aus. Ich empfehle AJ'S Place Beach uneingeschränkt.
