Lovely on the golf course and see views

The power ran out on the morning that we checked out leaving us with no coffee no lights to pack in. Was really not nice. Would not expect something like that at this price.

Lovely house Pity the owner uses such a bad rental agency (VIP)

The rental company was poor. They have a lot of penalties, extra costs and terms after booking. They did not meet us at the property as per their communication. The gate did not know we were coming in spite of me sending the signed documents back 10 days prior to arrival as requested. Wi-fi did not work once during our stay. No communication from rental agents in spite of us reporting this at arrival. Stack doors to pool from braai room did not work for 50% of our stay. Fixed after us reporting it. Mandatory cleaning fee of R1600 per booking! Then, you are required to leave as clean as you received it, including dishes, or an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit! If you depart without agents present, there is a penalty fee, but no agent communicated to arrange when they would be there. We were ready to depart between the stipulated departure times given, but had to wait 30min for the agent as he advised I would have to wait when I contacted him. All this was communicated to the rental agency, who gave me a 10% discount on future stays. This means I would have to pay them again to get compensation for all that was wrong from their side. Will never book with them again.
