The place was comfortable and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay. It had a warm atmosphere and felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. Definetly would recommend this place for anyone looking for a affordable yet excellent stay.

The water wasn’t working on the first night, which was inconvenient.

An sich gute Lage und ein schönes Haus mit modernen ausgestatteten Zimmern. Schlüsselübergabe etc. lief reibungslos und man hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit den Inhaber über whats App zu erreichen.

Hanglage (was für den Ausblick super ist + ruhige Gegend) man braucht allerdings ein Auto. Leider ging bei uns ab dem zweiten Tag das Wasser nicht mehr, allerdings konnte dafür der Inhaber nichts.

The room was clean, location was good, The manager gary and owner jonathan were very kind. Kitchen is good and washing machine is also available. Near to flic en flac. Overall a good stay.

The location is quiet good and serene but without a car, its a bit hectic having to walk up and down the hill to catch the bus which is some distance from the apartment

Due to no fault of the property management, there was few hours shortage of water which the management ensured was promptly resolved for our comfort. Also a fellow occupant eat from my ice-cream in the shared freezer but the management on hearing this magnanimously reimbursed me money worth much more than the cost of the ice-cream.

Die Ausstattung sowie das Ambiente des Appartements. Das Appartement war sehr modern, die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, das Konzept der Wohnungen hat mir außerdem gefallen.

Die Toilettenspülung hatte immer wieder Probleme, aus der Dusche sind nachts kleine Kakerlaken gekommen, die Wohnung ist überall Video überwacht ausgenommen die Schlafräume.

The rooms are big is size with plenty of sunlight coming in from the large windows. Curtains are there to block the early morning sunlight if you are not a morning person. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with hot water available. Common area on the ground floor has all the amenities you would ask for like fridge, microwave and washing machine. There are also utensils at your disposal. There are also a few board games to have fun back in your room. The area is quiet and peaceful. Four cars can be easily parked on the property. The self check in process was easy with keys kept outside in a safe. Would recommend a self drive car to everyone coming here like we did. The beach and restaurants are not within walking distance given the slope and geography of the land.

I would have appreciated if there were a couple of bottle of water provided at least on the 1st day so that guests can sip some water after their tiring trip. Even if it is not a hotel, I think basic Toiletries such as hand soap, shower gel and shampoo should be provided. We had carried our own shower gel and shampoo. Hand soap was also missing which when requested was provided on the third day. The room door keeps making noise because of the air from the corridor window. If you are a light sleeper it might irritate you. Maybe the locks can be made tight. The nearby streets are dimly lit, nothing that the owner can do though.

Просторная двухэтажная вилла со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Хозяин, Гарри, оказался очень приветливым и доброжелательным человеком. На втором этаже расположены 5 отдельных комнат, одну из которых занимали мы. Наша комната была просторной, с собственной душевой и большой новой кроватью. Также нам предоставили чистое постельное белье и два комплекта банных полотенец. Параллельно с нами несколько дней жила гостья из Танзании. Мы пересекались с ней утром и вечером на первом этаже – на кухне и в гостиной. Гостиная очень большая, легко вмещает до 10 человек, так что места хватало всем, и общение было приятным. Расположение и инфраструктура. Вилла находится на окраине одной из новых улиц города, поэтому было очень тихо. Мы отлично высыпались, даже если ложились поздно и вставали рано. До центрального пляжа можно дойти пешком за 15 минут. Рядом есть множество баров, ресторанов, а также лавка со свежими овощами и фруктами.
