RUWe stayed in this apartment for a week in September. The overall evaluation is excellent! The apartment is located in the historical part of Undine. The better location is impossible to imagine. A lot of restaurants, pizzerias and shops are right under your windows. The room is fresh renovated and comfortable. And owner of the apartment, Michele, deserves special words of gratitude. He is very friendly and is ready to help in any time of the day. I definitely recommend this apartment for stying in Undine.

DEAmazing apartment with superb design
GBLiaison with owner prior to our stay was excellent and really helpful answering all our questions. The location right in the heart of Udine was great for us. Bars, cafes and restaurants were all around us as well as all the great sights like the castle. If you are relatively fit it’s an easy walk from the train and bus station. The apartment itself had a very comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and had everything we required for a short stay. Great!

DEThis appartment suite is in the very heart of the old town in a historic building. It's spacious, comfortable, and high quality and would deserve nine of ten points, but...
... you serve as the acoustic insulation buffer between the manager in the first floor (who is quiet) and a total lunatic apartment owner on the third floor, who arrives every night between 1 and 3 am, just to walk around in his shoes, drop things and make noise for more than an hour that is completely unfiltered in lack of any insulation. So if you want to impress your girlfriend and play all night, it's a great option, but if you want to sleep, it's a total nightmare and absolutely not recommended. The other (smaller) apartment on top has direct acoustic access to the bar downstairs, entertaining you until 1 am. When complaining, the manager first offered a discount, then withdraw it, instead promised extra nights for free - which is rediculous because two more nights without sleep lack any benefit - finally he refused to alter the price or reimburse for the terrible experience. Not recommended, because this situation will never change, unless the floor above you will be evacuated, and there is no compensation for the bad experience.
