The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. They were very understanding about checkout and worked with us to achieve what we needed.

This was the second time that we had stayed at the Imperial, and I thought that it was not possible to exceed my expectations from the first stay; it was. The staff were amazing, and I must make a particular shout-out to the staff in the Imperial Lounge; they were AMAZING, definitely worth the money. Having access to this amazing lounge with the fantastic staff topped off our stay.

Exceptional heritage hotel! From the moment you walk in, the scent of fresh flowers sets the tone for a truly luxurious experience. The breakfast buffet, the 1911 Restaurant, and the pool area were all outstanding. A perfect stay—I would 100% return!

Tout était parfait Grandiose

In diesem Hotel ist alles auf den Punkt! Extrem aufmerksames Personal, super saubere Anlage und klassisch eingerichtete, großzügige Zimmer, tolles Frühstück mit einem breiten Angebot frisch zubereiteter Köstlichkeiten und toller Atmosphäre auf der Veranda. Der Aufenthalt ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch der tolle Service mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen durch den Concierge. Hinzukommt die sehr beeindruckende Atmosphäre eines Traditionshauses mit hochwertigstem Interieur.

L'hotel è davvero bello e si trova nel centro di Nuova Delhi. L'arredamento e l'architettura richiamano il periodo britannico e sono davvero maestosi. La camera era bellissima, con letti molto comodi, ampio spazio, un grande bagno dotato sia di doccia sia di vasca e una pulizia impeccabile. Molto buona la colazione, che comprende molti dolci, l'English breakfast e piatti indiani. Consigliati anche i ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel.

L'acqua della doccia è un po' fredda e la pressione dell'acqua è un po' bassa. Aggiungerei inoltre dei dispenser per l'acqua potabile e un ATM che in India è sempre comodo.
