Location is excellent, very central and an easy walk to most sites & restaurants. Photos matched reality and the hotel was quick to respond to any concerns. Dishwasher tabs and washing powder were provided.

The shower wall didn't hold the water in very well so the floor got quite wet.

Great location and apartment was a good size

The dishes weren’t clean so we re washed them. There was a broken wine glass in the cupboard with loose glass on the shelves. There was no bedding on the second bed and they dropped off more when we were out but didn’t make the bed. Room was very dark- very little light fittings which made it difficult to find things in our suitcase. The water wasn’t drinkable (in Longyearben) but were weren’t told. I figured it out because it taste so bad.
