Everything in order and owner is easy to talk to regarding some scheduling.

The owner and land lady was ok i have no question, i would like to rent the unit agin if they allowed drop by visitors.

Had a hard time on check- in and you can't have other guest without the owners consent.even guest shows valid ID's at the lobby.only those listed guest upon check-in are allowed. Never had opportunities to meet my drop by friends who want to see me.Lot of documents were ask and need to be e-mailed to the owner. Any way its my first time renting a condotel so i have no idea about their policy. it should be specified at the property policy on booking.com so anyone wish to booked knows what to do.

It was very close to Arena, we had everything what we need just 5 min distance

Communication with owner and second room is very small with horrible bed

The place is nice, secured, and peaceful. It is near the transport terminals, malls, and market. The host is very accommodating, she respond to queries in no time. Lobby attendants are approachable. Our booking was confirmed easily even though our stay falls on a Philippine holiday. Feels like home, there is the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, clean toilet, and heated shower room. Combined living room and dining area is spacious for guests of 4. Will definitely stay again here if ever I need to be in Manila for few days specifically in Cubao area. This is memorable as I celebrated my birthday on the 3rd day before we checkout.

It's in the city center near to many establishments for shopping and even for different government satellite offices like DFA, PRC, etc...

Cockroach issue but it's manageable..
