Newly Renovated 2BR Apt and Direct Mall Access

overall is great experience easy check in checkout, all aircon is cold and good , ambience is all well too. very nice apartment for sharing with 6-7pax. no complaints

the location not as i thought down elevator is direct mall to central park, its still walking distance , but still 10-15 mins. ok i guess

As described, the unit was newly renovated. the towels, bedsheets, quilt cover washed properly, and nice smell. walking distance to Central Park. hope the owner will maintain the same condition for my future visit. lastly I like the prompt response by owner.

1. Tap water temperature, remains hot even when set to cool temperature this is weird and uncomfortable experience. we utilised the tap water near the kitchen and master room. 2. The toilet bowl seat in the common toilet is slightly broken, although it is usable, it's shaky and uncomfortable to sit on. I have informed the person in charge.
