Monolocale situato veramente a due passi dal centro di San Teodoro, per cui la sera non è necessario utilizzare l'auto. 20 Min a piedi dalla Cinta e 15/20 Min dalle spiagge più belle della zona. Struttura dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa la lavatrice ed un grande terrazzo veramente comodo sia per mangiare che per fare asciugare costumi e teli. Cucina carina e compatta, frigo grande, tavolo da 4 persone.

Qui bisognerebbe fare un discorso lunghissimo. Purtroppo l'ingresso della struttura è ai limiti della segnalazione. Il fatto è che la "confusione" che si trova non è di competenza dell'abitazione. Io personalmente ho consigliato al gestore di fare qualcosa perché non è una situazione accettabile. Davvero un gran peccato perché la struttura sarebbe quasi perfetta per un soggiorno di mare in questa località. Non posso però non citare la cosa in quanto non sarebbe giusto nei confronti di strutture che invece non hanno questo disagio.

This house is not suitable for rent because the workers of the fishery located downstairs, live right behind the wall of the apartment "Corallo Blue", and regularly come around 1 a.m., not letting us sleep. They came drunk, swore loudly, and banged on the walls. When we asked them to be quieter at 1 a.m., they made it louder, and when we met them in the morning, they shouted offensive words. We didn’t sleep for 4 nights in a row; our vacation turned into a nightmare. I do not want to pay for this and asked for compensation for the ruined rest. Th host ignored it, so I asked booking. When I informed the owner about this, he replied that he was sorry. The next day I wrote again but received no response, and on the last night, we barely slept until 4 a.m. At the seaside, instead of swimming and enjoying the view, we just slept and spent the whole day feeling like zombies. We were exhausted! P.S. When we saw this place we thought it was some kind of pigsty. Outside everything was very dirty, and we had to close our eyes to enter and leave the apartment every day. it's disgusting! Die Lage ist ok und man hätte einen schönen Blick von der Terrasse.

Die Unterkunft hat den Eingang direkt hinter einem Fischrestaurant und war sehr schmutzig. Das Zimmer war nicht geputzt, auf dem Bett lag noch Sand und am Boden befand sich Schmutz. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht schließen, der Vorhang war löchrig und offensichtlich lange nicht gewaschen. Auf dem Balkon lagen noch Zigarettenstummel, auch dort wurde nicht geputzt. Die Stühle waren verschmutzt und zudem beschädigt.
