Cheap hotel for one night, close to the harbor to catch the ferry. Comfortable, clean and big room. Staff helped me to find a taxi to the harbor.

I didn't get a response to my message before I went to the hotel asking them to help me out getting a taxi from the bus station to there. Staff didn't speak English so well. No card payment, no additional information provided beforehand about eating/drinking options around etc how I experienced it in other places.

Excellent location. Helpful staff, clean room, great AC, good hot water in shower. Tv with Netflix and other channels. Good linen and towels. Elevator and new look! Close to river walk, restaurants, coffee shops. Markets nearby.

No swimming pool! Guess you can’t have it all!

Very helpful staff. Staff helped me to organize logistics to cross the border to Cambodia,which went very smooth. Hotel is perfect for one night; clean, comfortable rooms and in a good location in town.

The staff were so kind and helpful! They helped us organise an affordable bus to Ho Chi Minh City without a markup and we're there to help with any request we had at the time in English. There is an elevator with good aircon and tv in room.

Nice staff. Good location,, but Ha Tien not with a stop. Shower good, light airy room. Good wifi .

Bed was like a hard board, pillows extra large and hard. Very uncomfortable.
