Location

Stairs were quite annoying. In the picture it is not obvious but kitchen is one story up. Also a lot of paperwork.

The location and the apartment were great and it was also clean. The town is also very beautiful. The host was waiting for us on time and gave us the keys of the apartment right away.

The only downside is that when we were leaving, the host wanted to tax us 50 euro because there were two bags of organic waste and 5 glass bottles which she considered to be way too much and assumed that we did not throw out the thrash accordingly to the Italian law which was definitely not the case. We were in the apartment for 11 days and the waste was from cleaning the fridge. After the host had a call with the manager of the company they decided against taxing us the 50 euro penalty and gave us back our deposit but I would strongly advice everyone who stays there to ask for a very specific amount of "reasonable amount of waste to be left" since our 2 small bags of organic waste is "too much" from the fridge of an 11 day stay and 5 beer bottles were "too much" for a single night for two people. Besides that both the host and the manager were both very friendly and easy to communicate with.
