Location. Comfort. Quiet. Clean. Great selection of TV programmes.

Parking could be a big issue for some. Even more difficult if you have a large suv or estate vehicle. The entrance width needs to be increased to access properties 2, 3 and 4. Would have been nice to receive a welcome pack of basic food as generally supplied to guests instead of a pint of milk with the expiry date the day of arrival. The only vegetable cutting knife was blunt and there was no means of sharpening it. Suggest the visitor information book requires a rehash primarily regarding layout of general cottage information, then utility booklets with the addition of other information like restaurants, pubs, local sightseeing/museums etc. Clarification on the second bedroom. Would younger children actually wear eye masks as there was no visible way of stopping light from the ceiling roof tunnel?

Location great. 5 mins from town. Property very comfortable. Everything we needed with regard to eating in.

No storage in 2nd bedroom, although enough for 2 in main bedroom.

Well presented and clean cottage. Perfect location and easy to walk to Brixham harbour with its pubs and bars. Two good sized bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

Due to the construction and age of the cottage it was slightly musty. The parking was challenging with a larger car.

Location to the harbour; parking on site; quiet; well equipped; beds were comfortable.

The shared terrace at the front of the property could benefit from a good clean of the paving.

Very slight smell on damp in the kitchen but they must be aware as they had a little dehumid box on the window sill

There was some mould on the ceiling in the back bedroom and a mouldy smell in some of the kitchen cupboards
