Old building with falling plaster, muddy backyard with bad smell, the host was nice but could only speak latvian and russian Accomodation was mostly fine and cozy from inside

Free private parking. Location in the center. First floor. 1 double bed and 3 extra cots. Couches are leather but comfy.

Absence of separate sink in the bathroom. But you can use the one in bathtub.

The apartment was pretty clean with all facilities. Highly recommended.

It would be great to have a wash basin, however not a big problem.

Very easy check-in, great parking in behind the apartment. Comfortable and spacious. Everything you need inside the kitchen. Comfy bed.

Really beautiful old building. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. Really nice host, lives next door.

It was a little cold in the apartment, but, I think it is mainly because of the building itself.

The accommodation offers a good price-quality ratio and the free parking is a definite plus.

Interior is quite simple and old-fashioned, which may not suit everyone's taste. There was an unusual smell, and some aspects like the missing sink in the bathroom and cleanliness could be improved.

We have stayed at this apartment over past few years many times, I have already lost the count, but I have already booked another stay. Every single time where we have a need to spend the night at the city we choose this apartment if it is available. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Even though it is a bit away from the city center, it serves our needs perfectly as everything is reachable by taxi or by walking. Small grocery shop is nearby and also many places where to grab a bite. The host is always pleasant, getting the keys always easy, the parking spot is safe and easy to navigate. The apartment is big, cozy, warm and clean!
