"would definitely use this flat again if we go back to cleethorpes"

basic but everything you need is in the flat comfortable close to town and beach

did not know to put the bin out until near end of holiday so so struggled with rubbish as bin was already full on arrival

"Not at all suitable as a holiday let"

Window mould in bedroom 1, no lock on bathroom door, no lounge curtains, peeling paint on lounge window cill, peeling paper on ceilings, unfilled plug holes throughout, No drawer storage in bedrooms and no waste bins in bathroom or bedrooms. Cooker hood greased up, smelly and not working at all.
