We asked property of cancel our reservation. After so many messages, nobody has communicated with us.

Incredibly quiet, beautiful and clean place. Hardly ever had such an amazing experience concerning space, beauty and great breakfast in one accommodation. Definitely recommendable to everyone. 2 min drive from the beginning of the walk to the waterfalls (as in any accommodation I think).

Very clean, comfortable. It is a beautiful property. Great breakfast.

Some services are marked on the website as requiring an additional fee, like laundry. Other services, like air conditioning (a must for most of the year) are not marked as an additional fee but the front desk charged €5 to give us the remote for it. Additionally, the wifi did not reach our room. When this was brought up, the front desk said that it worked fine in the lobby, we could use it there and that it is not a fair trade off for the AC charge. If we are trying to connect with friends and family while on holiday, we should be able to do that in the comfort of our room, not forced to come to the lobby. Overall the front desk man was very dismissive of our concerns and displeasure with the surprise fee/services not working. I understand that air conditioning is expensive to run, but I would rather just pay this cost up front upon booking than be surprised by it when arriving.

Room was nice and clean

We arranged with owner to have breakfast at 8, he showed up at 8.45, no one was to be seen in the meantime. While I was carrying our bags to the car a dog agressively ran in my direction, but thankfully i was already on another side of the gate.

Owner was tipsy then drunk on arrival with some really bad vibes - I've never arrived to an accommodation where you feel this much of an inconvenience. Owner also didn't know the WiFi password as he was out of it. Unfortunately for me, it was 48 degrees and the AC was really old and could not cool the room which was radiating heat from the floor and walls. It was a boiling pot and ludicrously uncomfortable. On querying if there were any other rooms, the owner seemed angry at such a request. Then sarcastically commented this heat is not a problem for him but rather we're a bit soft. As it was midnight, we were stuck. Didn't sleep the night. Zero support. Zero empathy. Zero humanity. Horrible experience and by far the worst I've encountered. I've never experienced this in travelling over 60 countries.

The host is a very kind person, and the room is very clean and quiet. The hostel is about 25 minutes away from the waterfall, and on your way to it, you will enjoy the view of the mountains and green trees. It is a great place for those who love tranquility and nature. I definitely highly recommend it.
