The property was spacious and served our needs.
We missed a welcome pack with instructions on internet pass word, how to close the gate, where to find spare towels. We missed tea towels in the kitchen. There should have been some extra crockery like mugs and wine glasses. The large family room could really do with a mirror as it has no en-suite.

Most rooms are with en-suite
The house was not well cleaned. There was rubbish in some drawers. It looks like that bedding of some rooms hasn’t been changed. The house is divided into three separate contained areas, with the other two areas renting to others. Some facilities shown on the website are no longer for us to use.

Gated access from a busy road. Huge amount of parking space inside (to match the double rooms in the villa) Large house, many spacious ensuite double rooms for a large family or friends gathering. Clean modern bathrooms, generous with towels. Well fitted kitchen, large fridge-freezer, it has all the necessary for cooking, preparing food, serving and cleaning up, and yet more. Turning on the heating was very easy. All kitchen cabinets are labeled so it is easy for all guests to find things without needing to open every single cabinet (there are so many, I wish my kitchen was like that). Two large TVs with good WiFi.
Nothing really, we had an amazing time that deserves a 10 out of 10. If the 3 bedrooms at the Annex are used at the same time as the main house, it is necessary to ensure no one's car blocks other guests cars, but we did not see this as a major problem, with a bit of common sense from all guests to maximize the parking it is not even a problem.
