Overall, the hotel is at a very high standard – clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Self check-in is convenient and easy to use. However, the same issue happened both this year and last year: although check-out is at 10:00, cleaning staff opened the door around 8:30 in the morning while the room was still occupied. A better system should be in place to clearly indicate occupancy or ensure this does not happen. Apart from that, everything was very good.
