La Hotel Metro near BKC

The room was much smaller than what was shown in the photos. There was a terrible stench in the room, emanating from both the bed and the bathroom. When I brought this to the room attendant's attention, he offered no response and simply ignored me.

Breakfast only

the location is good, hotel is nice and very clean. but the behaviour of the staff is not good. not helpfull for anything that is asked related to food or travelling

Not much. The staff was good but the whole area smells like a dumping ground. There was a foul odour on the third floor. No lift to go up so if you have an injury or disability, this hotel will not be the best option for you. The room had dirty walls and cabinets. The bathroom was unclean as well. The refrigerator was rusting.

The staff is good, bed is comfortable. The experience could’ve been better with some simple renovation. Also there was barely any options for breakfast.

When we enter they said breakfast is at the room we called 9:30 they said breakfast is over . Why they didn’t send earlier ? And by 10am they said is check out time . Didn’t even bother to ask if we want to stay . Very rude reception

The hotel may look good in the photos and online reviews, but the actual experience was very disappointing. The surrounding area did not feel suitable or comfortable, especially for families. There was a lot of noise from the staff late at night, which disturbed our sleep, and there was no lift facility available, making it inconvenient. Don’t get fooled by the online reviews already available for this hotel, as they do not reflect the real experience. Would not recommend it for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
