Ciasa Somuer - Stangode

Selten eine so saubere und hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft gehabt, die Eigentümer stecken viel Liebe ins Detail und haben über Jahre hinweg ein außergewöhnliches Haus mit mehreren Unterkünften gestaltet. Besonders die Holzarbeiten im gesamten Haus sind sehr hochwertig. Für ein paar Tage fühlt man sich als Teil des Dorfes, wir haben Dorffest, Probe der wirklich talentierten Musikkapelle und Gottesdienst aufgrund der Kirche direkt nebenan mitbekommen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Lage gut für mehrere Aktivitäten in den Dolomiten.

The hosts were extremely welcoming! There were a couple occasions where we gave very little notice, but this wasn’t a problem. The breakfast boxes each morning were a lovely touch and very helpful for making up lunches to take with us on our hikes! They also offered to host dinner while we stayed and dropped us some delicious apple strudel to our door once we got back from a very intense day of hiking. The property was extremely clean.

Myself and my partner stayed at the Ciasa Somuer for two nights to explore the Dolomites. Set in a small village, but close to larger towns, the historic property has been passionately restored to its original condition with modern features to make this property such a comfortable stay. Immaculately cleaned and appointed with everything you need for your stay. The attention to detail is evident in how the chalet has been restored and maintained. The owners were very helpful and accommodating despite a language barrier, but we felt comfortable and at home. They were hospitable and easily contactable during our stay, and also provided local foods and essentials for daily breakfast. Would definitely book this property again and highly recommend this to anyone considering a stay within the area.
