Paradise Ocean View at Top Resort w Lazy River

Did have a great view of the ocean.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Washer and dryer didn’t work, nor did the dishwasher. Our first day there we had no phone call or warning that maintenance was coming to check all of these things. Instead we got one very soft knock on the door (I was right beside the door is the only reason I heard it) and while I was looking out of the viewer on door the man pushed open our door (no uniform or employee shirt either so I had no idea who he was) and we had small children with us. My husband was gone and I didn’t appreciate a random man barging in our room with our children in there without my husband. My sister in law was exposed breastfeeding her baby when this man barged in. They also came in our room to do all of these maintenance repairs during our stay, once again with all of the small children running around, laying tools and things on floor and making a mess then using the very few towels that were actually provided to clean up the dirty floors from their mess and didn’t replace our towels for our week long stay. Upon arrival my husband found a dirty pair of men’s underwear laying in the floor. The view of the ocean was nice though.
