Nou het was erg LEUK hebben een mooie vacantie gehad op ameland alleen jullie adverteren met 397,40 en krijg een rekening van 468 euro toen nog 55 euro schoonmaak kosten dus jullie adverteren met een goedkope reis die je niet meer kan annuleren en dan krijg je in totaal de rekening 155 euro duurder dus boek vervolg weer vla trivago en kijk ik heelgoed of die niet naar jullie booking word doorgestuurd Mvg Leo Raets

Die Lage war sehr schön.Das war aber auch schon alles

Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig.Man konnte nicht duschen weil der Duschkopf defekt war.Die Betten waren übersät mit Flecken .Es gab keinen Sonnenschirm und keine Wäschespinne.

Location is nice, property is located in the Fletcher resort and the appartment is of a nice size for a couple.

Additional costs were charged after booking that were listed but spread across the listing so it was not clear. Also the appartment was not very clean.

The room was clean

There are a bunch of hidden fees; a cleaning fee for €25 for ONE DAY and you have to make a deposit of €50 before being able to enter the property. In my room there was a coffee maker but nothing to make coffee with, though there was a bag of sugar for some reason. I wouldn't reccomend this if you expect a true 4* experience.

The only good thing about this apartment is that Hollum is a five minutes walk away.

The property was dirty. We were overcharged. Despite repeated emails no explanation or refund was given. After booking, additional costs were added for linen, towels, electricity and cleaning. The apartment has a shaggy carpet which was filthy and totally unsuitable for a holiday rental. The advert said there was a washing machine. This was not available for guests. Instead, we had to use the apartment complex laundry room where the machines cost 5 euros a go.

Nothing.

1. Booking fee is NOT the final fee. There is an added administration fee, utilities cost, cleaning fee, linen costs AND a 50 euro deposit. (see photos for the attachment you will recieve AFTER you make the booking.) 2. If you add up all the costs it is the same as booking an actual hotel or ANY place nicer. The hotel it's attached to actually works out to the same rate...if not cheaper. 3. Not only do you have to pay for each type of linen separately, you still have to make your own bed...duvet covers and all! And unmake it before you leave. Not that it's a problem...but not really something you want to do on holiday if you can avoid it!! 4. There is a cleaning fee shown as optional in the description...what it doesn't say is that if you choose to clean the place yourself you still have to pay 50% of the fee irrespective. They also give you a cleaning checklist - see photo attached 5. The apartment is being cleaned by guests...so you can imagine it is not really well cleaned. The carpet looks gross. Stayed out of the apartment as much as possible as it just didnt feel comfortable or clean :( 6. Location is nice, but there are lots of places around at equally nice locations....and similar distances. 7. I don't honestly understand why the can't be professional and transparent. Just include all costs at an increased price...rather than con people. Not cool.
