Communication prior to arriving

The host was very helpful and provided not only instructions but also photos ahead of time for how to access the property. The location was exactly as the photos noted and a very short walk to the Warner Brothers studios. The small kitchenette was convenient to have and the bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere close, clean and with a reliable host in Watford!

The sun hits directly onto the windows in the early morning so even with the blackout curtains and the fan running the room got pretty warm. Once we opened up the front door and the windows and nice breeze came through to cool it down.

The property was clean and close to Harry Potter world, not walking distance though.

How close the Airbnb was to the owners house, after a 4 hour drive and 3 hours in Harry Potter studios we just wanted to relax which was impossible with the owners children right by the apartment arguing and screaming. The property needs more than a fan it was unbearabley hot to the point if I wasn't so tired I would have driven the 4 hours home.

Everything you might need was provided in this spacious summer room at the back of the owners property. The location of the nearby shop is great for nipping to get a pint of milk when you arrive. It’s great that essentials of tea and coffee were provided and also shower gel / shampoo, towels etc. The location for a Harry Potter studio tour is great. It took me and my 9 year old 11 mins to reach the studio, which was as described. It’s a safe, pleasant and flat route. We got a taxi from Watford station for £10.

The only thing I’d recommend is a curtain over the door to block out the summer morning light.

The outside space wasn't as private as the photos suggest. The accommodation is built on the ridge decking, the owners children were riding trikes / ride along toys early morning, right in front of our room. It was very noisy & our bed was shaking with the vibrations!

The location is ideal when you booked tickets for Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios. You can walk to the studio. What I liked the most was the way the host is helpfull when something went wrong. You realy can rely on the host.
