"Nice house, convenient location, terrible communication"

Lovely house in close distance to the hospital.

Communication is shocking!! Managed to message and arrange an earlier check for which we were grateful but since then requested an invoice numerous times by various ways and nothing. PLEASE CAN WE HAVE AN INVOICE?

"Great place, disappointing host"

Very comfortable. Lovely place, like home from home.

No hoover on arrival, we had to cut our stay short (having already stayed two weeks previously), so extended our stay a further two weeks but due to a family emergency, we tried to get a refund or at least some correspondence back, but we are still yet to get a reply, very disappointed. This was a massive issue not enough communication
