Newly rehabbed Greystone with 2 private apartments, backyard, garage, laundry, close to expressway

The location was great and easy to get downtown Chicago. The house was in a safe neighborhood and I loved having a garage to park in. Plenty of room for my fam of 5.

The water did not get hot. It was warm to Luke warm.

Everything was very clean and self sufficient

There are two seperate rents for the first and second floors that I was unaware when made the booking. The people on the second floor were too noisy. They play music, dance, and walk with floor vibrations over midnight that we can sleep. We are scaring of talking to them because they are teenagers and we shared the same garage (we dont want something happens to my car when we talk to them to stop music). Other than this, everything was fine. I think it should be made clear on booking.com that this is a shared rent. I was only informed about this a day before my check-in when they already charged my credit card for the full amount. This sort of hidden info that needs to be clear at the first place.
