Helpful location.

Smell that seemed to be from bin. Had to air while property. Glasses were dirty and on closer look needs a full deep clean.

"Good flat in a good location."

We were visiting friends and family so it was perfectly located for seeing them and visiting the city centre and nearby attractions at Beamish and Alnwick. Place was clean and large enough for our family of 4 for the week.

There was stuff left in the washing machine and bin in bedroom, but these are things you can ask your cleaners to be more vigilant on.

We liked the cleanliness of the flat. The hosts communicated well. the beds were comfy. The location was great. It was warm and cozy

Only fault was the couches in the living room were a little uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect
