The attention of staff and the location of the hotel is good.

Pleasant and modern hotel in good central location with 2 minute walk to local shops and eating places. Room was comfortable and very clean. Jyothi and her staff were very friendly and helpful for the duration.

location wise far, room cleanliness is bad no air condition rooms, always hot water problem not value for money and its a paying guest inn, basically its like a lodge they shuld mention fully as paying guest inn. and pls note there is no attached restaurant available.

Hospitality of all staff. Specially, madam Jyoti needs to be specially mentioned. She was excellent in all aspects, be it arranging our needs like foods or suggesting plan of our local visits to different important places or guiding us to buy products from most economically. I fully endorse this property to all those who want a lovely stay economically during their visit to temple City Varanasi.

Almost every thing were perfect. Small issue like a mirror in bath room has been suggested which was readily accepted by madam Jyoti.

Manager and the Owner helped me a lot during my stay. The best support i have ever recived.

Location wise it was very accessible, if you compare it to other hotels in Varanasi. The room was spacious and clean

Common areas and stairs can be improved, Blanket had a weird smell, I asked to changed it , but new one was also had that smell, probably due to storage.
