"Very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend this property or stay here again, it was obviously not looked after and had fallin"

Location.

It was in poor state, oven dirty, oven trays etc dirty, cupboards damaged, in poor state of repair. Patio door to the advertised balcony nearly fell off when I tried to open. Opening the entrance door was complicated and frustratingly faulty.

Location perfect for the event I attended at co-op live arena

No bin liner in bin, some UHT milk in fridge would have been handy for tea/coffee- also, sugar was completely empty. Those would’ve been nice touches if sorted.

very close to the Coop Live arena and our event made an enjoyable evening

moderately clean , cobwebs and some debris from previous visitors still there on floors. bathroom leaked shower n dirty corners doors in living area not closing properly n need replacing as very awkward to open close .

"Worth an extra few quid walking distance to transport links and ethiad and co-op stadiums no taxis park up and enjoy"

Walking distance. To co-op arena and Etihad stadium and tramway to centre ,two bathrooms rooms good size lounge, great security and secure free parking, don’t forget to put laminated parking ticket in your car. Clean linen and towels and comfy beds

Being a bit fussy … Not spotless crumbs in cutlery drawer could do with a bit of tlc.

Good location for the Co-op Live Arena

Needing four sets of numbers for the car park and the property. Parking space was a good bit away from the property and hard to find as the numbers do not run in sequence. Had a bit of a problem closing veranda door.

"I will never stay with these people again they will scam you and take ur deposit !!"

You have to be careful with this property they will take your deposit even though nothing is broken things came broken up already like every curtains , the doors Jam as well the place was dirty so I had to clean some bits up like the toilet

I didn’t like the fact that it was dirty and they decided to take my deposit for a bed that was already broken
