スタッフ全員がとても親切で、いつでも力になれるよう最大限の努力と誠意を見せてくれます。 早朝にチェックアウトしないといけないので、朝食にフルーツだけもらえないか確認した時に、本当は朝食の時間は決まっていたが、アレンジしてくださってご厚意で特別にリンゴとバナナを沢山無料でもらいました。 デフォルトで水2本とお菓子2種類、トイレットペーパー、コーム、歯ブラシセットが付いてきたのもありがたかったです。 また、空港へ向かう際の電車も始発の時間や、Uberも早朝だとキャンセルされがちだから気をつけてとアナウンスをしてくださいます。 結局はホテルから700ルピーでお願いしましたが、 とても快適に移動できました。 タクシーの時間は前もって伝達しますが、実際にゲストがロビーに到着してから再度ドライバーに連絡するみたいですので、日本のように待ってくれるシステムではないのでそこだけ気をつけてください。

よくない点では無いですが、 ドライヤーが部屋についていない シャワーの温度は低め、冬は大変だと思います 年季の入ったホテル設備ですが、ホスピタリティでカバーされていると思います。 道路から少し中に入るのと、悪路のため荷物のギッシリ入ったキャリーケースだとしんどいなと思いました。

The bathroom was clearly not renovated with the rest of the room and had mould on the ceiling

Nothing to like about this hotel.

Please avoid this hotel at all cost. It is in a very dangerous location. It is far away from the main road not accessible to cars. I had lift my luggage and walk hundreds of metres to the hotel which is in a dangerous location with open sewers and homeless people. But this not specified, misleading guests.
