Hotel Star Villa - Front of NDLS Station & 1 Minute from Connaught Place & City Centre

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient, close to the station and city center.

The room itself was acceptable, but the bed sheets did not feel properly clean, as there were small black and other colored particles on them. The bathroom was also below expectations. There was a window above the door, so the room could not be fully dark, which made it difficult to sleep. In addition, there was almost no sound insulation and I could clearly hear noise from the next room. Breakfast was very limited and was served in the room after about one hour, with no proper dining space. Communication was sometimes difficult due to limited English, and when I arrived, there was some confusion about my reservation. At check-out, I was asked to show my booking on my phone, and the staff member took my phone and attempted to leave a positive review himself, which was very uncomfortable and not appropriate.

Abbiamo prenotato ma una volta arrivati dopo essere stati ad aspettare 4 ore per far liberare le stanze ci hanno detto che la camera non era disponibile e che ci avrebbero portato in un’altra struttura. Abbiamo chiesto di vederla prima ma era sporca e abbiamo deciso di trovare un altro posto. Questa cosa ci ha creato molto disagio perché abbiamo preso mezza giornata per colpa loro. Non consiglio di andarci!
